IoT project development stages
1. Product idea and business expertise

5. Backlog and development contract

6. Sprint planning and Retrospective
An agreement with the customer about what development tasks will be completed in the next sprint.
Demonstration of results to the customer in 2 weeks. The team analyzes risks and problems, completes the sprint, optimizes the further process of developing the application.
